Investors
Richard Durham - Chairman & investor
Durham is the founder of Aries Capital Partners in Salt Lake City and former CFO and co-president of Huntsman Corporation, Chairman and CEO of Pliant Corporation (Huntsman Packaging) and was a partner at Peterson Partners, a private equity investment firm. He is currently on the boards of CODi, Inc., L.A. Spas, Rockwall Hospital Ventures, Child Care Careers and Krosswood Doors. While at Huntsman and as CEO of Pliant, Durham led the acquisition and financing of several companies representing billions of dollars of investments. He has extensive experience as an executive of several growth companies and in structuring and financing acquisitions.*
Jason Reading - Director & Key Advisor
Prior to joining Aries Capital Partners, Jason held various positions at Leucadia National. He has worked in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch and Audit and Business Advisory Services at Price Waterhouse. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. As a Major in the Army National Guard, Jason served as a commander in Iraq.
Andrew Dent - Key Advisor
Prior to joining Aries Capital Partners, Andrew worked at Peterson Partners, a private equity fund. He has been involved in analyzing, structuring, executing, managing, and harvesting private equity investments across a variety of industries. Previously, he worked in the Transaction Services Group at Ernst & Young in New York performing buy-side financial due diligence for private equity firms.
Bradley J. Boyle - Founder & Key Advisor
Bradley received an MBA from Columbia University in Financial Management. He is on the board of Utah First Credit Union and is the founder and CEO of Krosswood Doors, a company he had taken from startup to more than $20 million in revenue in less than four years. Bradley served as an international account manager and oversaw European business development while living in Japan and the United States for a major Japanese automation company.

Jeffery R. Boyle, JD - President & CEO
Before earning a law degree, Jeffery put himself through college as a successful network marketer. Before law school, he served as the regional vice president of a Fortune 1000 company before starting a business publication and marketing company. With experience in network marketing as both a distributor and manager with another direct selling network startup, he understands how to succeed in this exciting industry.
Rea Nichols - Vice President Sales
With over 13 years of experience in the direct selling industry, few individuals have achieved the domestic and international success that Rea has enjoyed. He has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars as a network marketer in two separate companies and he knows what individuals need to succeed: A powerful product, the right compensation plan and a company dedicated to train its people.
Philip Niu - Vice President Operations
As a former NCAA Division 1 athlete at Brigham Young University and director of Athletic Republic, a sports acceleration center, Philip knows what it takes to coach people through challenges and adversity with a constant “eye on the prize.” As a motivational speaker with direct marketing experience, he has also spent years training independent business owners to achieve success.
